Matt understands that luxury residential construction is not simply a technical exercise — it is a deeply personal process for the homeowner, and the project manager’s role is to protect both the vision and the relationship throughout every stage of delivery.

Matt bridges the gap between creative intent and construction reality. He works at the intersection of homeowner expectations, designer specifications, and trade execution — translating what a client wants into what a project can deliver, and managing the distance between those two things with precision and transparency. His perspective is grounded in the belief that quality outcomes are the product of clear communication, early problem identification, and a team of trade partners who are held to the same standard on every job regardless of size.

Matt Marshall’s career in residential construction began on the tools and progressed through every level of project delivery — giving him a ground-up understanding of how luxury homes and renovations are actually built. Before joining E2W Construction, Matt ran his own residential contracting operation in the Las Vegas market, where he built a portfolio spanning custom outdoor environments, structural renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, patio covers, and high-end interior finish work across Southern Nevada.

Over the course of his career Matt has completed more than 2,000 projects, developing deep working relationships with the subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners who define quality execution in the local market. His technical strengths include project sequencing, budget development, value engineering, and the kind of scope management that keeps complex residential jobs on track when conditions change.

Matt brings that entire body of work — the relationships, the market knowledge, and the field experience — into E2W’s Residential Luxury Division, where it serves as the operational foundation for every project the division takes on.
