As the President and Founder of our General Contracting venture, I bring over twenty years of hands-on experience in construction, complemented by a solid foundation in Construction Management. Throughout my journey, I’ve been deeply involved in every aspect of the industry, from project conception to completion.
Our mission is all about turning ideas into reality. From the initial brainstorming sessions to the final touches, I’m there every step of the way, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed expectations. Sam Rodina
Sam Rodina is a seasoned construction management professional with over two decades of experience. Excelling in roles as an Owner’s Representative and General Contractor, Sam is known for his strategic approach, adept at assessing risks and maximizing profitability while maintaining a focus on critical constructability issues. He has led construction teams on multi-million dollar resort projects, nationwide hotel portfolios, and exclusive luxury residences. His portfolio encompasses diverse property types, including office, mixed-use, retail, multi-family, and hotels, with a focus on ground-up development and renovations.
Proficient in general contracting, finance, and property management, Sam’s multifaceted skill set ensures comprehensive project success. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the construction industry, consistently delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Sam’s ability to manage and execute large-scale developments has solidified his reputation as a trusted and capable leader in the field.
A graduate with a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Sam’s educational background provides a strong foundation for his professional achievements. His commitment to the industry is further demonstrated by his service as a US Veteran, bringing a level of discipline and dedication to his work that is unmatched. Sam has managed $600 million in expansion for a 5-star resort brand, constructed and renovated over $500 million in hotel space, directed teams on $100 million luxury residential builds, and supervised $50 million luxury multi-family product build-outs.

Michael Mirolla
Michael N. Mirolla is an accomplished entrepreneur and corporate executive with over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. His extensive expertise spans general contracting, project management, development, brokerage, lending, and corporate portfolio asset management.
Michael’s career highlights include significant roles in prestigious organizations. He managed weekly mortgage pricing, tracking, and product development for Citibank’s NY Bank, a $5.5 billion residential mortgage division. As Managing Director at Galbreath Company, his role as Portfolio Asset Manager for GE Investments Corp Pension Trust’s $4+ billion portfolio included properties across NYC, Greenwich, Parsippany, and Chicago. At Citibank, he served as SVP, responsible for the global premises group, managing owned, leased, and retail branches worldwide. Additionally, he managed the leasing of River Place I, the largest luxury multifamily development (946 units) in the US, as an executive at Silverstein Properties.
Mr. Mirolla’s role as President of NLRM Construction Company, a national firm that specialized in hospitality renovations, spanned across major brands in cities like Los Angeles, Denver, Seattle, Austin, etc.
Michael holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management, where he was President of the Student Body Association. He also earned a BS in management from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business. Michael has served as an adjunct professor in real estate at New York University’s Masters Program in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Nevada and a certified instructor in New York.

Senior Estimator
Cody Milligan
Cody Mulligan is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator based in Las Vegas, Nevada. With a robust background in construction estimating and project management, Cody has established a reputation for excellence and precision in the industry. A Las Vegas native, Cody embarked on his construction career immediately after graduation, joining Local 159. His early career saw him developing his expertise in estimating and project management, which eventually led him to obtain his contractor’s license. His comprehensive education includes training from the International Union of Painters & Allied Trades – AFL-CIO, CLC, with certifications in Blueprint Reading, CCSD, and OSHA 30.
Throughout his career, Cody has managed and estimated numerous high-profile projects, showcasing his adeptness in handling complex renovations and new builds. Some of his notable projects include Marnell Suites 370-380 at D.I.G., In Touch Credit Union, Cultivate Dispensary, multiple Wyndham Resort renovations including Timber Lodge Gym, Pinetop, Rancho Vistoso, and Desert Rose Lobby, The Venetian Sands Corp Remodel, ADA renovations for St. George Worldmark, upgrades for Clark County School District, and renovations for various WorldMark and Hyatt properties. Cody’s project portfolio highlights his ability to manage diverse construction projects, from hospitality and educational facilities to commercial renovations.
Outside of his professional life, Cody is a devoted father who loves spending time with his children. He is an avid nature enthusiast, enjoying hiking, rock climbing, and discovering new travel destinations and hot springs. Additionally, he has a passion for motorcycles, often exploring the open roads. Cody Mulligan is a dedicated construction professional whose extensive experience and personal interests make him a well-rounded and dynamic figure in the industry.
