Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Harrison Mirolla strengthens E2W Construction’s ability to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities that align with the firm’s operational strengths and strategic objectives. His background in construction finance, underwriting, and commercial brokerage enhances E2W’s front-end decision-making, from early feasibility analysis through deal structuring and preconstruction positioning.
Harrison adds value by supporting market analysis, financial modeling, underwriting, client strategy, and coordination between ownership, design teams, and construction leadership. By grounding business development efforts in data-driven analysis and execution awareness, he helps ensure that E2W’s growth is both disciplined and sustainable, positioning the firm for long-term relationships and repeat work.

E2W’s Business Development efforts are led by Harrison K. Mirolla, a next-generation construction and real estate professional with direct exposure to the financial, operational, and strategic sides of development. With a background spanning construction accounting, project financial oversight, brokerage, and underwriting, Harrison brings a disciplined, analytical perspective to how opportunities are sourced, evaluated, and advanced.
His experience bridges hospitality construction, commercial real estate, and development advisory, allowing him to understand projects not only from a relationship and deal-making standpoint, but also through the lenses of cost, feasibility, risk, and execution. This integrated perspective supports E2W’s growth by aligning business development with realistic delivery strategies and long-term project viability.

He drives client acquisition, builds lasting partnerships, and expands market presence by leveraging E2W’s full suite of services, from preconstruction planning and project management to owner’s representative advisory. Harrison’s leadership ensures every project aligns with client goals while delivering exceptional value.
He simultaneously serves as Managing Member of MBHM Holdings, LLC, maintaining an active role in financial structuring, underwriting, and asset valuation, and holding a Nevada broker-salesperson license (BS.0146944). Through MBHM, he has sourced funds and land, negotiated complex commercial deals, and underwritten development projects collectively valued at over $500 million, giving him deep insight into both investment strategy and project execution.
Harrison’s career began at National LRM, a general contractor specializing in hospitality, where he served as Accounting Assistant Manager. He developed financial forecasting models, managed budgets, and implemented cost tracking systems that improved operational efficiency and project oversight. At MBHM Holdings, he advanced from Construction Accountant and Executive Assistant to the CEO to Managing Member, honing skills in strategic initiatives, financial reporting, and bridging communications between administration and field operations.
Harrison holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University and a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, giving him a solid foundation in business strategy, operations, and client-focused leadership. His technical expertise includes market analysis, smart contracts, construction management, and advanced tools such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Procore, blockchain technologies, and coding.
Harrison combines analytical rigor with practical experience and a forward-looking vision, making him a next-generation leader uniquely equipped to drive growth at E2W Construction while continuing to guide MBHM Holdings’ success.
